The store reserves the right to modify prices or update product details at any time without prior notice.

Removing the store logo from customized orders is subject to an additional fee of 30% of the invoice value.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed after full payment has been received unless otherwise stated.

Only the payment methods specified on the checkout page are accepted.

The store reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet payment requirements, contain incorrect information, or for any other reason without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond its control.

The store is not responsible for any damages resulting from delays in receiving orders, including perishable products (such as food items included in giveaways, chocolate, sweets, coffee, etc.) or non-perishable products.

Digital customized products and modified designs are delivered in PNG and PDF formats only. We do not provide editable/source files for any products.

Free designs include the original number of revisions stated on the design service page. Additional revisions will be subject to additional fees.

5. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase, as the nature of each product (digital or physical) is clearly stated on the product page.

Ready-made (non-customized) products may be returned or exchanged according to the store’s return policy, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Paper products and giveaways that are printed or produced according to the customer’s request are considered customized products. Therefore, any order that has been printed or prepared according to the customer’s request is not eligible for return or exchange.

Reporting Damage or Defects

If the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing or printing defect, the customer must contact the store within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receiving the order, with clear photos showing the damage, a photo of the outer packaging where possible, and the order number.

Due to the handmade, printed, and customized nature of our products, reporting the issue within this period helps the store determine whether the damage was present upon delivery or resulted from shipping, manufacturing, or use after receipt.

After 5 days from the date of receiving the order, the store is not responsible for damage resulting from use, storage, or handling of the product after delivery. The store may request additional evidence to verify any claim submitted after this period, without prejudice to any rights granted to the customer under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Replacement or compensation does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, exposure to water, moisture, or excessive heat, pressure, breaking, folding or handling the product in a manner not intended for its use, or any modification or repair performed by the customer or another party.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, except when the issue is caused by an error on the part of the store.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund after purchase.

If the customer cancels an order after payment has been completed, or requests a refund for duplicate orders placed by mistake, the refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway and platform fees that were not received by us, in addition to administrative processing fees, with the total estimated deduction being 4% of the refunded amount.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, designs, and content available in the store are the exclusive property of the store and may not be reused or copied without prior permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information provided by customers is treated with complete confidentiality in accordance with the store’s Privacy Policy.

Customer information will not be shared with any third party without the customer’s consent, unless required by law.

The store is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products by the customer.

Printed or customized products made according to the customer’s request, such as personalized gifts or custom designs.

Discounted products or products purchased during final clearance sales.

Products damaged as a result of misuse by the customer.

4. Return or Exchange Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is based on the customer’s personal decision, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

After this period expires, the store does not guarantee continued access to the course or its content and does not guarantee that the content will receive any further development, updates, or support in any form.

Terms and Conditions for Individual Courses and Sessions

1. Booking and Payment

The customer retains ownership rights to their own design projects created during the sessions.

3. Session Conduct and Recording

The instructor may record sessions for quality and review purposes with prior consent.

4. Liability and Warranties

The instructor provides guidance and expertise but is not responsible for the final results of the customer’s designs.

Any technical issues resulting from the customer’s internet connection or personal devices are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of emergencies or technical issues.

A refund will only be provided if the instructor cancels the service entirely.
